📅 Scheduling & Service
We offer same-day service in most of our Northern Virginia coverage area. Call us before noon and we typically arrive that same afternoon. Evening and weekend appointments are available daily until 10PM. We confirm your appointment window by phone or text.
We serve all of Prince William County (Woodbridge, Manassas, Dale City, Lake Ridge, Gainesville, Haymarket), Loudoun County (Ashburn, Leesburg, Sterling, Herndon, Brambleton, Lansdowne), and Fauquier County (Warrenton, Marshall, Delaplane). We're open every day of the week from 8AM to 10PM — including weekends and holidays. Appliance failures don't follow a Monday-Friday schedule, and neither do we.

💰 Pricing & Payment
Yes — our diagnostic service call fee is waived completely when you proceed with the repair. We want you to feel confident calling us without worrying about paying just for a visit. If after diagnosis you decide not to repair, a nominal trip charge applies to cover the technician's time.
We use upfront flat-rate pricing. Before any work begins, your technician will diagnose the issue and present a written quote for the full repair cost. You approve it before we proceed. No add-ons, no surprises on the final bill.
We accept cash, all major credit cards, and checks. Payment is due upon completion of service.
🔧 Repairs & Warranty
Every repair Royal Appliance Repair completes includes a written warranty covering both parts and labor. If the same issue returns within the warranty period, we return and fix it at no additional charge.
In most cases, yes. Our service vehicles are stocked with the most commonly needed parts for the appliances we service. We diagnose on arrival and fix the same day in the majority of cases. If a specific part needs to be ordered, we'll schedule a return visit as quickly as possible.
We give you an honest answer to this question every time. If repair costs approach or exceed the appliance's remaining useful value, we'll tell you. We'd rather give you good advice than talk you into an expensive repair on a unit that's at the end of its life.

Yes. Our technicians are specifically trained on luxury appliance brands. Sub-Zero refrigerators, Wolf ranges, Miele dishwashers, and Thermador ovens all have unique components and service requirements. We invest in this training so homeowners with premium appliances have a qualified repair option in Northern Virginia.
