Our services include diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, cooktops, microwaves, and garbage disposals.
2. Appointments and Scheduling
Booking: Service appointments may be requested online, by phone, or by email. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
Access: Customers must ensure that a responsible adult (18+) is present at the home during the service appointment. Clear and safe access to the appliance must be provided.
Cancellations: We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service call fee.
3. Pricing and Payment
Service Call Fee: A service call fee is charged for the technician visit and diagnosis. This fee is waived when the customer proceeds with the recommended repair.
Estimates: After diagnosis, our technician will provide a written estimate for the repair. Work will not proceed without customer approval.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

All repairs performed by Royal Appliance Repair are warranted against defects in parts and workmanship. The warranty period and specific terms will be provided in writing at the time of service. Warranty coverage does not apply to new or unrelated failures, misuse, abuse, or damage caused by the customer.
