If you check the text message box on one of our forms, or ask our office for text updates, we will send you text messages about your repair. These cover appointment confirmations, changes to your appointment, a note when the technician is on the way, estimate approvals, payment links, receipts, and the occasional review request.
You never have to agree to text messages. The box is not checked for you, and agreeing is not a condition of booking a repair or buying anything from us. If you do not check it, we will call or email you instead and the service is exactly the same.
Message frequency varies, and most customers receive between two and six messages per repair job. Message and data rates may apply under your own mobile plan.
To stop the messages, reply STOP to any text we send and you will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. For help, reply HELP, or call 703-991-8733. Stopping texts does not cancel your appointment.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. We use a licensed messaging provider only to deliver the messages described above, and it may not use your number for its own marketing.
